Data must be collected from air quality monitors. The recommended procedure requires the use of a minimum of three monitors:
It is possible, and probably likely, that there will not be three years worth of data for each of the monitors. If there is only one year worth of data, you have no choice but to accept and use that value. If, on the other hand, you have two years worth of data, the ozone concentration that you will use as a data point in the model will be the second highest value. Likewise, with three-year data, the third highest ozone concentration will be your modeling data point.
